When did you last tune in?

With your body? With your heart? With your soul?

Tune in to you

A passion for supporting you and your family to find balance through kinesiology

Hello, I’m Vannessa. Growing up in the Philippines, with a large extended family, I learned that we’re all deeply connected – that you touch everyone around you.

I know that sometimes life feels overwhelming – whether that’s your own exhaustion and stress, or watching someone you love struggle with anxiety, unhealthy behaviour, or just not quite feeling like themselves.

I’m here with you

When life feels heavy

You know that feeling when you’re constantly “on” – managing everyone else’s needs while your own stress keeps building? It’s exhausting. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like you’re barely keeping your head above water, that’s your body asking for help.

When your body hurts

Those tension headaches, tight shoulders, or that nagging back pain – they’re not just inconveniences you have to live with. Your body is trying to tell you something. Let’s listen to what it needs and find some relief together.

When you feel “off”

Sometimes you just feel “off” – drained, disconnected, or like you’re carrying everyone else’s stress. You might not be able to put your finger on it, but something doesn’t feel right. That’s real, and there are gentle ways to help you feel more like yourself again.

When nothing seems to work

You’ve probably tried so many things already – different diets, supplements, sleep routines. It can be frustrating when nothing quite works. What if we looked at what your body and life actually need, rather than following generic advice?

When simple things feel hard

Have you ever noticed your child (or even yourself) struggling with things that seem like they should be easier – like coordination, anxiety that feels outsized, or learning challenges that don’t quite make sense? Sometimes these difficulties trace back to early reflexes that didn’t fully integrate. It sounds technical, but it’s actually something we can gently work with.

When your child is struggling

When your child is struggling – whether it’s anxiety, big emotions, trouble focusing, or just seeming “stuck” – you’d do anything to help them feel better. Sometimes gentle, natural support can make a real difference in ways you might not expect.

Personalised treatment

Each session begins with a thorough conversation about you. Your symptoms, your challenges and your goals.

My approach

My treatment approach is shaped by my training, my own wellbeing journey and the Filipino values instilled in me:

  • Kapwa – interconnected wellbeing: Your wellbeing journey affects everyone around you, just as theirs affects you. When you walk into my clinic, you become part of my extended community.

  • Pakiramdam – deep sensing: I listen not just with my ears, but with my whole being, tuning in to what your body is really trying to communicate beneath the surface.

  • Understanding presence: Having been through my own struggles, I know that most people carry more than they show. I listen with kindness, care, and an open heart.

  • Safe space: Everything you share stays between us, unless safety becomes a concern. This is your time to be completely honest without judgment.

  • Gentle bodywork: I will use touch, movement, and techniques to release both the physical knots and emotional weight you’re holding.

  • Natural wellbeing tools: Sometimes I’ll suggest flower essences, crystals, or other gentle remedies to help you feel more grounded and connected to your natural vitality.

Your role

I invite honesty, respect, and your active participation in your health and wellbeing journey. True to the spirit of kapwa, we’re in this together – I’ll provide guidance and support, while you remain the expert on your own experience and wellbeing.

My guiding principles

This acronym has guided both my practice and personal journey, shaping how I approach health and wellness:

K – Kindness to self: Be gentle with yourself. Compassion is often the first step toward your wellbeing.
N – Nurture and nourish: Honour what your body and mind actually need, not what you think you should need.
O – Own your journey and be open to change: Acknowledge where you are right now. Real change starts with honest awareness.
W – Wisdom: Trust your intuition and your body’s innate intelligence. You know yourself better than anyone.

“I really appreciated Vannessa’s holistic, calm and kind approach. Her knowledge of kinesiology is so in-depth and her ability to make you feel safe and welcome was something that I really needed. I went to see Vannessa as I had months of persistent plantar fasciitis that just wouldn’t go away no matter what I tried and after only one session with her it improved dramatically, and this session was the catalyst to getting rid of all the pain as she unpacked more about what was going on physically and emotionally in my body. I have always used kinesiology, sometimes on its own or in conjunction with other therapies and Western medicine as it is really connective and nurturing. Vannessa was just wonderful and I really felt so refreshed after working with her and I can’t recommend her more.”

What clients say

“Vannessa is a deeply intuitive practitioner. I felt at ease with her from the first session which allowed me to drop in deeply. I’ve had some big shifts in our sessions which has helped with some long-standing symptoms. I’d highly recommend her.”

“Vannessa is a compassionate, intuitive kinesiologist who takes a well-rounded approach to mind, body and spirit. She encourages you to ask yourself questions about how you feel, what you believe and think, what stories you tell yourself and ways to change these to serve you better. I felt completely supported in my kinesiology sessions, and safe to express my fears, feelings and wishes. Vannessa gave me helpful and practical follow-up guidance related to my health status and wellbeing goals. This advice really resonated with me and continues to guide me when I feel out of balance or exhausted. She was able to tap into a long-held belief and lifestyle pattern that doesn’t support my wellbeing or health goals. Vannessa also helped my 10-year-old son with long-standing anxiety issues. I was able to observe the session and was amazed to see a very distinct before-and-after result with my son’s reflexes and balance following the kinesiology. His anxiety was noticeably reduced following the session – even months later. I highly recommend Vannessa’s approach to kinesiology and healing.”
