You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services. For clients under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required before any services can be provided.

DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SERVICES

Appointments

Services may be delivered in-person at our clinic or online via video consultation. All appointments must be booked in advance through direct contact with Know Yourself Kinesiology.

Physical Products

Physical products (crystals, Australian Bush Flower essences) are available for purchase only if they have been used during your session and you express interest in purchasing them. These products are sold at the time of your appointment and payment is required before you take the products with you.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Methods

We accept payment by cash (for in-person appointments) and credit card. Payment is required on the day of service for in-person appointments. Online appointments must be paid in advance.

Packages

Package deals may be offered from time to time. Payment terms for packages will be specified at the time of purchase.

Late Payment

If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is made in full.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Booking Requirements

All appointments must be booked in advance by contacting us directly. You will be required to complete an intake form prior to your appointment, which collects necessary health and contact information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to full charges.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Know Yourself Kinesiology handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Services

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Know Yourself Kinesiology.

Physical Products

Should you wish to return a physical product that was purchased during your session, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened products will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Know Yourself Kinesiology.

PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

The services provided by Know Yourself Kinesiology are complementary health services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our services do not constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care.

Know Yourself Kinesiology is a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) and maintains professional indemnity insurance. All services are provided within the scope of our training and qualifications.

You acknowledge that:

• Results may vary between individuals

• You should consult with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medical treatment

• You are responsible for your own health decisions

WORKING WITH MINORS

Services may be provided to clients under 18 years of age only with explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must be present during the consultation or provide written authorization for the treatment to proceed.

JURISDICTION

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of NSW and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Know Yourself Kinesiology that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
