Kinesiology is close to my heart because it combines my love of science with pakiramdam, the Filipino art of deep sensing and intuitive listening.
The word kinesiology means “study of movement.” Our feelings and experiences move through us, creating patterns and tensions that shape how we feel in our bodies and lives.

It’s a conversation with your body’s wisdom. Through compassionate conversations and body work, I tune into what’s happening beneath the surface and support shifts that want to happen naturally.
How does a session work?
Is This Right for You?
Step 1 – Explore:
We start with a conversation about what brought you here and what you’d like to shift. This helps uncover patterns or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.

Step 2 – Tune In:
I use gentle techniques to sense where stress or tension is being held in your body, through touch, movement, and tuning into how your body responds. This is where my training meets pakiramdam, that deep listening beneath the surface.

Step 3 – Support Shifts:
Through gentle corrections and balancing techniques, I help your body release what it's ready to let go of and restore flow. I may suggest simple exercises, reflections, or supportive tools to help integration between sessions.

Sessions are client-led, compassionate, and free of judgment. True to kapwa, your wellbeing becomes part of our shared journey.

Kinesiology can help if you:
-
Feel disconnected from your body or life
-
Want support after challenging experiences
-
Carry stress or tension in your body
-
Seek greater emotional clarity and resilience
-
Want to support your child's wellbeing
Kinesiology is not for quick fixes. It works best when you’re ready to tune in, participate, and work towards the change you want to see.
Working with your healthcare team

Kinesiology is complementary, it supports natural processes but doesn’t replace medical care. I’m happy to work alongside your GP or other practitioners to ensure your wellbeing is fully supported.

What Guides my Practice
These four principles guide how I work with every client:

K – Kindness to self:
Be gentle with yourself. Compassion is often the first step toward healing.

N – Nurture and nourish:
Honour what your body and mind truly need, not what you think you should need.

O – Own your journey:
Real change starts with honest awareness of where you are right now.

W – Wisdom:
Trust your intuition and your body's innate intelligence. You know yourself better than anyone.

These aren't just words, they're how I found my way back to well-being, and how I support others to do the same.
Common Questions
Is kinesiology safe for all ages?
Yes! I work with children, adults, and older adults, tailoring sessions to each individual.

How long is a session?
About 90 minutes, giving space for your body and energy to be fully heard.

How often should I come?
It depends on your goals and needs. Some see changes after 1–2 sessions, others benefit from ongoing support.

What will I feel?
Everyone’s experience is different, deep relaxation, subtle shifts, emotional release, or gentle curiosity are all normal.

Do I need to prepare?
Just wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind. A brief intake form before your first session helps me understand what’s happening for you.

What if I don’t feel different immediately?
Shifts can be subtle or gradual. Your body works in its own time, and that’s okay.

Privacy and professional standards:
Everything you share stays confidential unless safety is at risk. I adhere to professional codes of conduct and ongoing education standards.

Is kinesiology professionally recognised?
It’s regulated by associations like the Australian Kinesiology Association. While not part of mainstream medicine, it complements healthcare beautifully.
