Using colour, sound, cards, crystals, and bush flower essences, we balance your chakra system – those key energy gateways where stress and imbalance can arise before physical symptoms appear. Drawing on pakiramdam, I tune into each energy centre to sense which chakras are calling for attention. During the session, you might feel deep relaxation, openness, and subtle sensations like tingling or warmth, as your energy flow shifts and finds its natural rhythm again.
