Service Description

Kinesiology for children is a gentle, nurturing way to support their natural growth and wellbeing. In the spirit of kapwa – understanding that a child’s balance affects the whole family – I work with both children and parents to create harmony. ​ Through playful, age-appropriate techniques, we can support children who might be struggling with big emotions, difficulty focusing, coordination challenges, or simply feeling “stuck” or overwhelmed. Every child has their own unique way of moving through the world, and sometimes they just need a little extra support to find their natural balance and confidence.
