Service Description

For your first session, you’ll complete a detailed intake form, and together we’ll go through it to really understand what’s happening for you – not just your symptoms, but your story. From there, we move into a kinesiology balance session tailored to your unique needs, using a blend of gentle techniques guided by both evidence-based practice and intuitive sensing. Afterward, you’ll receive a follow-up email with simple, supportive homework designed to help you integrate the shifts we’ve worked on together.
